I understand that things crop up last minute and you may not be able to make your appointment. However to make my business sustainable I must have enough time to fill appointments which are cancelled.
Therefore I kindly ask that you give me at least 48 hours notice if you need to change your appointment.
Appointments cancelled in less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. If you cancel in less than 24 hours notice then you will be charged in full and will not be able to rearrange your appointment until the amount has been paid.
I hope you can support my small business, by giving me as much notice as possible.
